Coach RJ Is A Husband, A Father Of 3 Boys, & A Follower Of Christ. A San Antonio Native & Army Brat, Coach RJ Graduated From Cole High School On Ft Sam Houston in 2012 Where He Was A Standout Player & Made His Mark In School History. His Accomplishments Include :

• #1 Player  In Texas (2A- 2012- TABC)

• TABC 2A Player Of The Year

• Jordan Brand Game Nominee

• 3x 1st Team All State

• 3x 1st Team All Region

• 3x District MVP

•  #2 Total Career Points In School History (Behind Shaquille Oneal)

Coach RJ Went On To The University Of New Hampshire Where He Earned A Bachelors Of Sociology. His Accomplishments On The Court As A Wildcat Include:

After College, Coach RJ Played 3 Seasons In Spain Before A Career Ending Injury & Medically Retiring. 

Since Retiring From Professional Basketball, Coach RJ Has Trained Over 300+ Athletes (2019- Present)

From 2021-2024 Coach RJ Partnered With H7 Athletics Where He Helped Grow Their Basketball Skills Department From 4 Kids To Well Over 200+ Kids. In The Process, He Became Certified With 94ft Of Game (Phil Handy, LA Lakers Player Development Coach), Grew His Knowledge & Credibility As A Trainer & Moved On To Launch His Own Brand, Jordan Skills Academy.
